Who we are

This website is operated by DS Technology, trading as DS Cyberspace. Any reference to “we” or “us” below means DS Technology.

What we collect

On this website we collect only what you enter into the enquiry form yourself: your name, phone number, email address and your message. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics profiles.

How we use it

That information is used solely to answer your enquiry. We do not sell it, we do not add it to a marketing list, and we do not pass it to third parties — except where the law requires us to.

Client data

Data we hold inside a client's system, such as DentaSmart, belongs to that client. We are only its custodians: access is granted by role, every access is recorded, and the client can export their full data or have it deleted whenever they choose.

Data security

We use SSL/TLS in transit, access control on the server, and regular backups — with restore drills to prove those backups work. Even so, no system can promise absolute safety; in the event of a security incident we notify affected clients without delay.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time. To do that, email us.
